What's the difference between 2BA and BA finish?
2BA has slightly higher surface roughness (RA 0.05–0.1 μm vs. ≤0.05 μm for BA), giving 85–90% reflectivity vs. 95%+. It's more economical and better at hiding minor scratches during handling.
Can I use 201 2BA outdoors?
No. Grade 201 has limited corrosion resistance due to low nickel and no molybdenum. Use 304 or 316 for exterior applications.
Do you provide material test reports?
Yes. Full MTR with chemical composition (Cr, Ni, Mn, C) and mechanical data (tensile strength, elongation) included with every shipment.
What's your minimum order quantity?
1 metric ton for standard sizes in coil or sheet form. LCL (Less than Container Load) shipments supported.
