2BA Finish Stainless Steel Sheet
Product Overview
Industrial-grade cold-rolled stainless steel sheets featuring a bright, reflective, and smooth surface produced via controlled bright annealing and skin-passing. Designed for fabricators and OEMs requiring tight dimensional tolerances, consistent mechanical properties, and a clean aesthetic finish without secondary polishing.
Standard Thickness Range: 0.3 mm to 3.0 mm
Standard Widths: 1000 mm, 1219 mm, 1500 mm (Custom slitting available)
Common Grades: Austenitic (304/304L, 316/316L) and Ferritic (430)
Quality & Compliance: Manufactured under ISO 9001 quality management system; EN 10204 3.1 Traceable MTC provided with every shipment

Reflective Bright Finish: Retains a smooth, mirror-like sheen from the controlled protective-atmosphere annealing process, reducing pre-fabrication surface prep.
Controlled Mechanical Properties: Skin-passed to eliminate stretcher strains and optimize formability for deep drawing and bending.
Consistent Gauge Tolerance: Produced on precision 20-high or 6-high cold-rolling mills, maintaining strict thickness uniformity across the entire coil/sheet.
Edge Integrity: Available in both mill edge and precision slit edge with burr-free finishing for automated processing lines.
Surface Protection: Covered with optional laser-cuttable PVC or polyethylene protective films (up to 100 um) to prevent scratching during handling and fabrication.

Direct-reading spectrometer testing to verify chemical composition against mill heat numbers.
01
Mechanical Testing
Tensile testing, yield strength verification, and Rockwell/Vickers hardness testing per ASTM/EN standards.
02
Dimensional Inspection
Micrometer and laser gauge verification for thickness, width, length, and diagonal squareness.
03
Surface Inspection
Manual and optical inspection under high-intensity lighting to detect pinholes, scratches, oil stains, roller marks, and edge cracks.
04
Third-Party Verification
Support for pre-shipment inspections by authorized agencies (e.g., SGS, TÜV, BV) upon client request.
05
