BA Finish Stainless Steel Sheet
Product Overview
BA Finish Stainless Steel Sheets are cold-rolled, precision-annealed flat products processed in a controlled protective atmosphere (hydrogen/nitrogen mix) to prevent oxidation. This bright annealing process preserves the natural reflectivity of the cold-rolled strip, achieving a highly reflective, mirror-like surface with a surface roughness of Ra <= 0.4 um.
Designed for applications requiring both corrosion resistance and aesthetic finish, our BA sheets eliminate the need for mechanical polishing after stamping or forming, reducing fabrication costs for OEMs and metal service centers.
Key Features
Controlled Bright Annealed Surface
Retains a uniform, high-gloss reflective finish without scale formation, eliminating post-fabrication polishing.
01
Precise Dimensional Control
Produced on 20-high Sendzimir rolling mills ensuring strict thickness tolerances and superior flatness.
02
Corrosion Resistance
Stable chromium-oxide passive layer maintained across the sheet surface, compliant with ASTM A240 and EN 10088-2 standards.
03
Clean Processing
Supplied free of rolling oil residues, minimizing contamination risks in pharmaceutical and food-grade environments.
04
Fabrication-Ready Protection
Optional laser-cuttable PVC protective films (black/white or transparent) applied to prevent surface scratching during shearing, bending, or laser cutting.

Grade 304 / 304L: Standard austenitic grade containing 18% chromium and 8% nickel. Offers excellent formability and resistance to atmospheric corrosion. 304L features ultra-low carbon (C <= 0.03 percent) to prevent carbide precipitation during welding.
Grade 316 / 316L: Molybdenum-bearing austenitic grade (2 to 3 percent Mo) providing enhanced pitting and crevice corrosion resistance in marine, chemical, and pharmaceutical processing environments.
Grade 430: Ferritic stainless steel option providing cost-effective corrosion resistance for indoor architectural trim and home appliance panels.

Custom Thickness, Dimensions, and Processing
We support tailored processing requirements to match your manufacturing line efficiency:
Custom Slitting
Precision multi-strand slitting for narrow coil widths with burr-free edges.
Sheet Blanking & Shearing
Cut-to-length services meeting exact diagonal squareness tolerances.
Surface Protection Options
Laser PVC (PE film designed for fiber/CO2 laser cutting without edge lifting or residue).
Standard Fiber PVC (for mechanical bending and stamping).
Double-side or single-side masking available.
Quality Control and Surface Inspection
Every production lot undergoes rigorous multi-stage inspection on our processing line prior to packaging:
100 percent Visual Inspection under High-Lux Lighting: Sheets are manually and optically reviewed by trained inspectors under specialized high-intensity overhead lighting to catch micro-scratches, pits, roller marks, or pinholes before shearing.
Roughness Testing (Ra Verification): Periodic sampling tested using a calibrated stylus profilometer to ensure strict adherence to the Ra <= 0.4 um threshold.
Mechanical & Chemical Verification: PMI (Positive Material Identification) spectrometer checks and tensile testing for yield strength, elongation, and hardness.
Traceability Certification: Each shipment is accompanied by an EN 10204 3.1 Mill Test Report (MTR) mapping the exact heat number, chemical composition, and mechanical properties.
Packaging and Shipping
To prevent transit damage to high-gloss BA surfaces, packaging is engineered for heavy industrial logistics:
Export-Standard Wooden Pallets
Fumigation-free plywood skids or solid wooden crates reinforced with steel strapping.
Interleaving Protection
Waterproof kraft paper or PVC film interleaving between individual sheets to prevent abrasion during ocean or land transit.
Edge Protection
Hard plastic or metal edge protectors installed along all four vertical and horizontal corners.
Container Loading
Secure blocking and bracing inside 20GP/40GP containers or breakbulk vessels, managed by experienced logistics teams.
