How does etching differ from laser engraving or embossing?
Etching chemically removes material to create smooth, burr-free recesses without heat or mechanical stress-preserving corrosion resistance and enabling finer details than embossing.

Can I provide my own design?
Yes. We require vector files (DXF, AI, or SVG). Our team will review for etch feasibility and optimize line width/depth.

Is the etched surface durable? Will it wear off?
The pattern is permanently etched into the metal-non-coating, non-printed. It will not peel or fade, even after years of cleaning.

Do you offer samples?
Yes. Standard sample kit includes 304/316L etched swatches with common patterns. Custom samples available upon request.

Can etched sheets be bent or formed after processing?
Yes-within standard forming limits of the base material. For tight radii, we recommend etching after final forming to avoid distortion.
