What's the difference between your hairline and standard NO.4 finish?
Our hairline uses finer abrasives (#180–#320 vs. #150–#180 for NO.4), resulting in a smoother, more refined grain (Ra 0.2–0.4 μm vs. 0.4–0.8 μm) with tighter visual control-suited for premium interiors.
Can you ensure grain direction consistency across multiple shipments?
Yes. All sheets for one project are processed in a single production run with fixed parameters. Grain direction is clearly marked on every sheet.
Is PVD coating suitable for outdoor use?
Standard PVD is for interior use only. For exteriors, we recommend PVDF coating (25-year warranty) over hairline base-available upon request.
Do you offer cut-to-size services?
Yes. Precision cutting (±1 mm tolerance) up to 6 meters. Nesting optimization to reduce material waste.
What's the minimum order for custom PVD colors?
1 metric ton per color (e.g., rose gold, titanium black). Color matching to RAL, Pantone, or physical sample.
