What's the difference between laser texturing and etching or embossing?
Laser texturing is a non-contact, tool-free process that creates precise 3D micro-features directly on the metal-no chemicals, no dies, and no pattern degradation over time.
Can I use my own pattern design?
Yes. We accept vector files (DXF, AI, SVG). Our team will optimize it for laser resolution and depth control.
Is the laser texture durable? Will it wear off?
The texture is physically etched into the metal-permanent and scratch-resistant. With optional PVD, surface hardness exceeds Hv 2000.
Do you support small batches for prototypes?
Yes. Minimum order: 1 sheet (e.g., 1219 × 2438 mm). Ideal for design validation before mass production.
Can laser sheets be bent or formed after processing?
Yes-within standard forming limits of the base material (e.g., 304/316L). We recommend laser processing after final forming to avoid distortion.
